C&C Empathy Training Ltd is a company that advises and delivers training that connects policy and frameworks with the felt experience, providing inspiring and thought provoking training in empathy, compassion, self development and well-being to aid communicating with civility and care. Our registered courses, using our unique LEED Communications Programme and are designed for health and and social care professionals, councils, housing associations, legal sector and the coronial service. We deliver courses in person, virtually and through E-learning. Our courses cover topics such as complaints, concerns and incidents, leadership, resilience. The founder is Carolyn Cleveland (Cert Psychodynamic Counselling, BSc Hons (Open). Carolyn brings not only her expertise of well-being, vulnerability and really hearing people through her background in counselling and psychology, but her personal experience of going through the NHS complaints system and inquest system following the loss of a child. As well as her honest, open and fun personality to make the training engaging, even when dealing with sensitive and difficult subject matters, even over ZOOM, Teams, or E-learning! She is an established public speaker and trainer. Our Vision is not only to safeguard psychological well being of both service user and staff through communicating with care, but to promote empathy and it's long term benefits.
