C4CC Inc. is a multinational finance, construction, technology and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Colombia and California, USA. It was created through a restructuring of C4InvestCapital on September 29, 2019[2] and became the parent company of C4InvestCapital and several former subsidiaries of C4InvestCapital.
The establishment of C4CC Inc. was prompted by a desire to make the core C4InvestCapital INC business "cleaner and more accountable" while allowing greater autonomy to group companies that operate in businesses other than Internet services.[4][8] Founder Cristian Camilo Contreras Castañeda Who is the same CEO role. Cristian Camilo remain employee, board members, and controlling shareholders of C4CC Inc led by C4InvestCapital and its group of investment experts.[9]
