Being prominently known as the place of bringing communities together to ignite social interaction, CAF has taken over the Middle-East with its strive to connect diverse communities through a cup of refined coffee. Being true believers of community awareness; we use our voices to speak about the causes we stand for and the communities we support. Thus, shown through our online presence, we consider ourselves to be more than just a coffee shop for regulars, but instead, a movement that is creating a change in our society. We offer a wide range of coffee in various forms, from our signature drinks to your classic coffee favourites; CAF has imprinted its mark into the Middle Eastern market through our unique flavours and culture. Our work environment represents a “Diwaniya”, we believe in the ability to let our employees feel relaxed while at work, thus we prefer everyone to be called by their nicknames to feel more connected to one another. In addition, we love holding monthly employee events to encourage social interaction within the company. Working at CAF means that our employees get direct access to always developing their skills through various Coffee Competitions and online/offline training courses. In addition, our work environment is very diverse as we have a multinational team and working in a cross-functional team is essential for our day to day communication.
