Founded in February of 2019, Cafe Leadership was originally put together by its creator Billy Colston. Billy a college student from the University of California, San Diego is a major in Biological Anthropology and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. For the past few years, he has had a growing interest in business and social entrepreneurship, particularly focusing on thoughtful and interesting leaders.
Inspired to create a podcast about his experiences (as well as happening to be a coffee enthusiast) he created Cafe Leadership on the crux of what it means to be inspired by others through casual conversation and some of the brilliant ideas that come from it.
