At Café Páramo, our small-farm collective grows organic and biodynamic, handpicked, single-origin Arabica coffee beans. We deliver direct from our farms to market for the freshest cup. Conventional coffee is chock full of chemicals. While treated fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides help growers meet mass demand, they come at great expense. These chemicals change the flavor of the bean and risk the cleanliness of the soil, air and water. They’re also no good for the people farming, let alone the end consumer. We farm the way Mother Earth would, free of pesticides, sprays or artificial anything. Banana trees provide natural shade. Cilantro, thyme, and other herbs keep out pests and infuse our beans with depth of flavor. Our farms pick and process their small batch beans by hand, to ensure their integrity and to protect the soil. We fly them direct from our farms to roast. No bus stops in between. Unlike other coffee brands, we believe that the best flavor is from the freshest beans you can grind. Every bag of our coffee is delivered to you within 8 days of being roasted in Westchester, New York. What's good for the soil, is good for the soul.
