Depuis 40 ans, CAH est le seul organisme entièrement consacré au bien-être des aînés francophones dans le Grand Toronto. Au fil des ans, CAH a travaillé avec ses partenaires en soins communautaires pour développer des services répondant aux besoins des aînés. L’offre de CAH continuera d’évoluer dans les années à venir pour refléter les besoins grandissants de notre communauté vieillissante.

For 40 years, CAH has been the only organization dedicated entirely to the well-being of Francophone seniors in Toronto. Throughout this time, CAH has worked with community care partners to provide support services for seniors. The programs and services that CAH offers will continue to evolve in the coming years to reflect the growing needs of our aging community.
