Caledonian Alloys was established in Livingston, Scotland in 1996 to focus specifically on the processing and recycling of Nickel, Cobalt and Titanium base alloys for the high performance alloy component manufacturers in the aero-engine and land based turbine industries and the alloy manufacturers.
Need for Specialization
The decision to focus on the recycling of superalloy and titanium revert resulted from the founding Directors’ profound understanding of the high performance alloys industry. They recognised that for all in the suppy-chain to gain maximum benefit from the use of valuable revert , specialisation in the management and processing of such material was imperative.
