The Call of Duty Endowment is a non-profit foundation co-founded by Bobby Kotick, the CEO of Activision Blizzard, and helps veterans find high-quality careers by supporting groups that prepare them for the job market and by raising awareness of the value vets bring to the workplace. Since 2009, the Endowment has funded the placement of more than 50,000 veterans into jobs, with average starting salaries in 2018 of over $58,000, 1.9x the national median. Our goal is to place 100,000 veterans in high-quality jobs by 2024.
The Endowment uses a performance-driven approach to fund organizations delivering the highest standards of quality and cost-efficient veteran job placement services. Beyond funding, we also partner with our grantees to provide an array of advice and support aimed at maximizing their impact.
