Cambridge Cubed is a leadership development collective specialising in personal and corporate transformation. We believe in ‘3D Change’ whether through leadership coaching, leadership development or consultancy. Whilst command and control worked for organisations in the 20th Century, those in the 21st are complex, often porous and operate in an environment moving more quickly than their leaders can monitor, let alone shape. One dimensional interventions are no longer good enough. A new strategy won’t work without cultural change.
