The Camfil Group is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has 30 manufacturing sites, six R&D centers, local sales offices in 30 countries. We proudly serve and support customers in a wide variety of industries and in communities across the world.
Camfil India started as a Joint Venture between Anand Group and Camfil, Sweden, by buying over the business of erstwhile Anfilco. During the JV Camfil held the majority of 76% stake in the company. The same was incorporated in April 2008.
In April 2011, Camfil bought over the balance 24% stake of Anand and thus Camfil India became a 100% subsidiary of Camfil AB, Sweden.
