Canary Homes partners with residential property developers and other investors to create badly needed new homes in London and the Home Counties either through conversion or new build development.
Canary Homes was established by Barry Rea in early 2017. Barry is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS valuer with over twenty years’ experience in the London residential development market. Clients have included property companies, national housebuilders and major housing associations.
We have recently invested in a 6 unit new build development in Crystal Palace, South London. Completion expected Q4 2020. Follow @canaryhomes on Instagram for updates.
