Cantina Carnitas serve up award winning burritos, nachos & quesadillas from their giant 28ft imported American food truck in the Lowline courtyard of Flatiron Square, just off Union Street and Southwark Bridge Road. The Mexican street food adventure griddle their tortillas for a unique taste sensation, and one half of the Cantina team is the sauce somelier ramping up the heat with home made hot sauces such as chilli barbecue, salsa verde style Green Goblin and the stinging scotch bonnet & roasted grapefruit and beyond. All dishes come fully loaded with all sides inclding fresh Guacamole and sour cream, and include lip smacking nacho boxes served with sweet picked jalapeños and chilli beetroot cream. Their giant griddle can rock out gooey griddled quesadillas, topped tacos and chunky tortas. Matt Bean & Jeff Pridmore established Cantina Carnitas five years ago in Hitchin, Hertfordshire with a late night idea and a cute little burrito trailer and have now converted this part time love into a full time burrito romance at Flatiron Square, London
