Il progetto birrificio “Cantine MePa” nasce da un progetto imprenditoriale di Giovanni nato dalla passione per l’enologia e dalla sua esperienza come homebrewer, tanta è la voglia di trasmettere a chi assaggia la birra prodotta tutto l'amore e la passione di una famiglia. Il birrificio è situato nel cuore del barocco siciliano, terra ricca di specialità enogastronomiche alla quale si associa perfettamente la birra prodotta sia per gusto, colore ed profumi. Le nostre birre sono tutte prodotte con metodo artigianale, rifermentate in bottiglia non filtrate, non pastorizzate e fatte maturare per un periodo che varia in base allo stile del prodotto.
