Registration:
Participants can register online through the given form.
Each participant will receive five problems during the competition period .
Poster Creation:
Participants will use any image generative AI tool to create their posters based on the given problem and any prompt you can use.
Posters should be original and adhere to the theme provided in the problem.
Submission:
Completed posters must be submitted before the given time during the event.
Post the poster on your social handles like linkedin or insta also should tag vel tech university. share the link in the group for further judgment.
Each submission should include a brief description (100-150 words) explaining the concept via presenting before a judge and how the AI tool and prompt was used.
Judging:
A panel of judges, including faculty members and industry experts, will evaluate the posters based on creativity, relevance to the problem and prompt, and the effective use of AI.
The judging period will last for one hour and will be announced within the event.
Announcement of Winners:
Winners will be announced before concluding the event
Prizes will be awarded for the top three posters, and certificates of participation will be given to all participants.
