CAPELLA UAV Team

CAPELLA UAV Team is an R&D, innovation and project team established in 2024 by engineering students studying at Beykent University to participate in Teknofes & Tübitak International UAV competition. The team consists of 2 Mechanical Engineering, 2 Computer Engineering, 1 Electrical-Electronic Engineering, 1 Industrial Engineering and 1 Statistics department students. Our team consists of 3 different departments including Mechanical department, Software department and Avionics department. Mechanical department; when dealing with design, analysis and production, the Software department will develop the necessary algorithms and software for the UAV to perform its task, Avionics department members are interested in electronics, electronics, material integration and electronic communication. The aim of our team is to develop projects that will reduce life losses by producing sustainable solutions with technological innovations. While developing the Mavi Cankurtaran model, we aim to contribute to life-saving activities at seas, private beaches and hotel pools.
