Capital Rugby Union (CRU) is an amateur rugby association based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
As a Member Union of the Papua New Guinea Rugby Union (PNGRU), the
CRU is the largest and oldest provincial rugby body in Papua New Guinea
(PNG). Established in the early 60s and after various transformations, the
CRU is now comprised of the most successful clubs in PNG sport, which
have a combined history of more than 250 years.
