Caprio Project Management & Consulting helps Home Owners Associations and Community Association Management Companies plan, clearly define, solicit for bid, and implement large reserve element Projects for their communities. It is our intent and sole purpose to offer our time, education, technical background, and professional judgement to support Home Owners Associations and Community Association Management Companies who want to make a genuine quality difference in their communities, but simply do not have the time or resources to prepare, administer, and execute these large Projects themselves. So often those other ‘project managers’ simply have been in the construction industry for decades and act as a foreman or supervisor throughout the construction process.
