Founded in 1988 by Michael E Graham and Wesley R Lapp in their two car garage in Long Beach, California to make the first 100% carbon fiber prepreg windsurfing boards. We quit our corporate jobs in LA and and moved to Hood River, Oregon in 1990 making windsurf boards, then windsurf booms, paddle shafts and recumbent bike parts.
