On moving to Ireland in 2002, Andrew worked as an energy engineer with the SWS Group in West Cork. "Select Energy Solutions" was founded in 2004 and subsequently renamed as "Carbon Twelve" in 2010. Able to technically assess and understand energy using systems, provide solutions that enable energy consumption reduction and ultimately cost savings to be made.
