Cardinal Ballet Company (CBC) is Stanford’s first and only ballet company. Founded in 1993 and completely student-run, CBC is composed of dancers from diverse backgrounds, including those with professional ballet and contemporary training.
Our mission is to bring dancers together who love performing and share our art with the community.
In addition to our 2 major ballet productions every year (the Nutcracker in the fall and a full-length ballet in the spring), we also offer opportunities for student choreography at performances throughout Stanford's campuses, university events, and the greater Palo Alto area.
