Holistic Nursing Solutions (HNS) specialises in nursing services for clients who identify with disability, post traumatic injury or have chronic conditions that require clinical support. Our purpose at HNS is to provide exemplary holistic centred care for all clients, providing them with opportunities to engage with their community and live fulfilling lives. We do this through living our mission: empower, connect and educate by linking clients and local service providers through passion, research and skills.
