In 2010, owner Robin McFadden founded CareerPoint Staffing, recognizing the need for a woman-owned business to identify architects, engineers and construction professionals with compatible sensibilities and match them on a project or permanent basis. Our team understands why Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers search for greener pastures. From your first contact you will know what it is like to work with us. We take all applications seriously and always respond to your application – even when we do not have a job for you. Our employees communicate clearly and consistently throughout the entire recruiting process. We rarely contact you with a job that does not match the right role. Our management and staff consists of engineering, architectural and technical evaluation capabilities –encompassing over thirty five years of experience. This is why you will not be inaccurately assessed on your qualifications and fit during our interview and portfolio review process.
