Carenostics partners with leading providers, payers, pharma companies, care management companies, academics, and government agencies to address the gaps in chronic disease care. Our flagship solution, CKDx, is a clinical decision support tool developed with the goal of eradicating undiagnosed chronic kidney disease while reducing the disparities in care faced by minority populations.
