We not only provide Top-Tier quality Auto Body repair, we pride ourselves on handling the “people” aspect of our business by always treating everyone in a friendly and fair manner, getting customers back into their vehicles as quickly as possible. Our Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings are consistently high and our excellent customer referral rates prove we are doing a very effective job of exceeding our customer’s expectations. We realize our success depends on continuously improving repair turnaround time, as well as responsibly and efficiently managing insurance claims. In 1991, Santa Cruz auto body shop Carmat Collision Center started business with only three employees at our present location on Mansfield Street. Through hard work, dedication, consistent attention to detail, and with the assistance of an excellent staff that has grown to include more than 40 full time employees, our shop has grown into a state of the art facility with 15,000 square feet of usable space. Our organization continues to be committed to on-going training for our staff of Technicians and Estimators in our ever evolving industry. We proudly maintain our I-CAR Gold Class certification, as well as our VW, Honda, Acura, Infiniti, Nissan, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Fiat & GM, Buick, Cadillac & Chevrolet Auto Maker Certification on an annual basis.
