Carna is a 501(c)3 non-profit founded by two DC high schoolers, Noémie Durand & Jean-Pierre Roberts, that works toward de-stigmatizing conversations about mental health and making information and resources available to everyone. Alongside affordable self-care items, Carna provides "Information Packets" containing tips, resources, mental exercises, etc. regarding mental wellness, such as meditation or self-confidence. We also have an active social media presence that starts conversations on important topics such as racism and coping with stress. Lastly, Carna is a place for people of all identities and backgrounds to communicate about their experiences and have a chance to help themselves, or someone else, bloom.
