‘Caron’s Care Line Care Agency’ has been taken over by its sister company Totally Living Care Ltd from Salisbury.
TLC is a family run business that has the same ethos as Carons Care line and is run by very passionate directors Barbara Highman and Andrew Rogers. This is their 6th year in the ‘Domiciliary Care business’. The company is going from strength to strength as they deliver a ‘Unrivalled Bespoke care packages’ to all their clients, becoming the largest care companies in the South West of Wiltshire.
As a care company they do not do 15 Minute calls as this is not enough time to deliver safe and effective care.
We may consider doing 30 min calls, in very small care need situations, but believe that as a company their ethos is to give time to the client using their service. This approach has proven to be a very well-respected approach to the wonderful clients that they look after.
We are registered with the governing body of the care industry, The ‘Care Quality Commission’ and are very proud of the type of unrushed personal care that we offer.We offer many different types of care and believe that flexibility is required when offering a care service, because, let’s be honest, our daily needs change throughout our lives and so their service would need to change with your personal requirements, whether this is for an hour or 24 hours per day.
