Membership is all-inclusive, with scheduled maintenance and warranty coverage and the ability to return your vehicle at any time. Special terms are offered to active-duty military personnel and full-time higher education students and lower income drivers. Founded by Rima Braden in 2013, Carousel's mission is to change the way people drive.
