Carroll’s Kitchen is a nonprofit social enterprise restaurant in Downtown Raleigh serving fresh, contemporary comfort food throughout grab-and-go storefront — but we’re about more than just a meal.
We create healthy, supportive employment opportunities for women overcoming crisis, such as addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and domestic violence. Through our Restorative Employment Model, we provide a path to economic dignity and lasting independence.
Our program includes two specialized tracks designed to support women both inside and outside the kitchen, offering job training, life skills, and holistic support. Every meal we serve helps build a future for women determined to rebuild their lives.
