Qualität hat bei uns Tradition: Bereits in den frühen 1950er-Jahren kam guter Geschmack aus Tönisvorst, denn der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb von unserem Opa bzw. Uropa August Knodt brachte so ziemlich alles hervor, was in deutschen Küchen damals „en vouge“ war: Stielmus, Blumenkohl, Rettich, Salate und viele andere feldfrische Sorten waren damals unser Beitrag zu einer gesunden Ernährung. Von der Multikultur zum Spezialisten für Tomaten, Paprika und Chili wurden wir allerdings erst mit der Umstellung auf den Anbau „unter Glas“. In der dritten Generation blicken wir auf eine Gewächshausfläche in der Größe von 16 Fußballfeldern. Jede Menge Platz für jede Menge Gemüse!
