Casa D'Aristi

Established in 1935, Casa D'Aristi is a small producer located in the heart of Yucatan peninsula, Mexico. Inspired by the traditions of the Mayan culture, we produce authentic natural liqueurs and artisanal rum. Our founder Carlos D’Aristi was a true pioneer with a passion for adventure, flavor and culture, and at a young age set out to travel the Yucatan peninsula in search Mayan traditions. After discovering an ancestral drink of the Mayan people, he returned home to create his own version. Since creating this cornerstone product, D'Aristi Xtabentún, our company has grown to include a portfolio of artisanal liqueurs, all made in our estate with locally-sourced fruits, sugar cane rum & spices, including Kalani, a 100% natural coconut liqueur, Huana, a guanabana liqueur, and Narano, a bitter orange liqueur, in addition to a portfolio of artisanal rums from the Mexican Caribbean. With a presence across North America, Europe and Asia, our products have gained international recognition for their quality ingredients and artisanal production process.
