CASCY FORGE PRODUCTS an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company is one of the small scale industries of repute specialized in the line of Industrial standard & non – standard fasteners and is equipped with all necessary plant & machinery and infrastructure. It is located at Ambattur, Chennai, founded in 1998. Certified 100PPM and SQ mark by HYUNDAI Motors – October ’2010 Our End Applications include Air Brake Chamfer, Spring Brake Chamfer, Drum Brake, Single Clutch, Horn, Brake & Clutch Pedals, Double Clutch, Exhaust Assembly, Jack. Factory shed and office building covering a total area of 21,000 sq. ft. with the manufacturing facilities like cold forging, trimming, machining, CNC machining, center less grinding and thread rolling. For inspection and testing of product the company has the facilities like Standards Room, Chemistry and Mechanical Lab. Support facilities such as DC generator, fork lift, handling equipments, three tier vertical FIFO storage systems and transport vehicles. We are manufacturing bolts, screws, pins and rivets for brake, clutch and horn assembly for automotive and engineering applications. Most of our products are being used for OEM assembly by major automobile manufacturing companies. We are at tier-2 in automobile supply chain, making components to tier-1 automobile parts (assembly) manufacturing companies catering to major automobile companies such as Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Ford India, Nissan, Maruti Udyog Ltd, etc. India and abroad.
