Executive Chef Justin Woodward takes a fun, whimsical approach to ingredients and turns menu items into food that is imaginative and playful. Woodward takes adventurous risks, imagining an edible landscape where diners taste, smell and feel the food. Owner Monique Siu oversees the front of the house, applying a wealth of culinary expertise honed in Portland, originally as one of the founding members and pastry chef of Zefiro Restaurant.
