We are an asset management company specialising in investments in real estate markets. Our assets under management total approximately €4.6 billion (as of 31/12/2024). This makes us a strategic partner for investors, from both local and global markets, wishing to allocate their capital on the Italian real estate market. We offer a broad variety of investment instruments to meet different needs in terms of risk-reward profile, from Core to Opportunistic assets. We design investments suitable for extracting value from a wide range of different asset classes: from Hospitality & Leisure to Logistics, from Residential to Retail. Since July 2023, our structure has been enhanced by the support of the Anima Group, the Group of reference for investing in asset management in Italy, with total assets under management of approximately €204 billion (as of 31/12/2024).
