The estate of the winery Castello di Bolgheri has ancient roots, as the property was built by the Counts della Gherardesca in 1796. Since the mid 90's, resuming the family's secular tradition, Federico Zileri Dal Verme has been leading a project to make wines that represent the highest expression of Bolgheri's terroir, in terms of complexity, elegance and longevity.
