No matter what type of molding you need done, we are the right supplier for your jobs. Unlike other of our competition, we offer kinds of castings – Sand Casting, Gravity Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting ,High Pressure Die Casting, Aluminum Casting, Permanent Mold Casting, Aluminum Die Casting, Aluminum Sand Casting.
Our products include auto parts, railroad parts, medical parts, marine parts, lighting parts, pump body, valve parts, architectural parts and furniture parts so on.
Our casting foundry include eight sets of die casting equipment ranging from 125T to 1250T. We have five production lines for sand casting jobs up to 150kg/piece and 30 platforms for smaller projects; Five sets of gravity casting machines; One set low pressure die casting machine. Meanwhile, we have our CNC machining workshop, our CNC equipment are 4 axis which can meet high requirements in machining process.
We can also provide tooling, CNC machining, polishing, plating, heat treatment, pressure test, vacuum Impregnation, assembly and testing for your orders.
