The organization was established in 2011 and officially registered in 2018 after a number of practices and experience on our activities. CSADO registration number is 00NGO/0009476. CSADO was given Tax Payer Identification Number (TIN) 136-344-684 in compliance to the tax regulations of the land. CSADO’s establishment has been a critical step towards capacitating Tanzanians especially rural communities, the vulnerable and marginalized groups to take informed actions with awareness of environment conservation and climate change, gender and equity, the use of renewable resources, environmental property rights and formalization, as well as cultural aspect that drives sustainability in the community. At CSADO we count research and actions on sustainability and livelihood as key aspects for a healthy and happy community.
