Through Catherine Williams Coaching LLC, Catherine helps experienced and aspiring leaders determine what success looks like for them, and how to make the changes necessary to achieve it. She also pursues her passion for building inclusive workplaces by helping clients answer questions like: How do I lead and mentor with more impact? And how do I achieve the results I want at work while maintaining some sense of personal fulfillment?
Catherine Williams is a graduate of Yale Law School and Williams College, and has completed Rutgers's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program (an ICF Level II program). She lives with her wife and daughter in Hoboken, NJ, where she is chair of the city's LGBTQ+ Pride Advisory Committee. Catherine also serves on the board of New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
