We offer DBT groups tailored for frum women, teens, and girls, as well as for their families, addressing specific needs within the community. Our graduate-level DBT groups support frum women in deepening their skills, while we also provide DBT Skills groups for professionals. Additionally, we offer three interactive communities: Power Parenting, Family and Friends (for those supporting loved ones with mental health struggles), and Mindfulness. These groups foster growth, connection, and emotional well-being, helping individuals and families thrive.
