CCMA (Customer Contact Management Association) is een toonaangevend en inspirerend platform voor professionals binnen contact centers. Als de langst bestaande en grootste beroepsvereniging (sinds 1998) in klantcontact is ons doel de positie van professionals in klantcontact te versterken. Dat doen we door actieve leden en kennispartners te verbinden. Via ons ledenplatform, masterclasses en events brengt de CCMA ambitieuze professionals bij elkaar. Hierbij gaat het om het delen van kennis en het stimuleren van onderling contact binnen ons netwerk. Op deze manier brengen we het vak klantcontact samen naar een hoger niveau.
