CEL.ro is an IT&C online store with headquarters in Cotroceni Business Center in Bucharest, Romania, currently managed by Corsar Online SRL company with 100% Romanian capital, having as sole partner on Tiberiu Pop, being the CEO of the company.
Internet domain CEL.ro is registered with RoTLD on August 2, 2004. The first sales through CEL.ro were made from January 2005 with the elimination of excise duties on cameras. The first categories of products sold were in 2005 cameras, in 2006 adding LCD monitors and laptops, and in 2007 GPSs. The main product categories currently marketed by CEL.ro include laptops, tablets, mobile phones, LCD monitors, etc. Payment methods include payment in cash upon delivery, with the online card as well as with the payment order or in interest-free installments.
