It's a way of taking the time to honor their work and the impact it has had on society. It is like planting a seed, providing it with the necessary nutrients, and tending it carefully over time so that it can grow into a lush, beautiful garden. By recognizing these individuals and their contributions, we are nurturing a garden of success and inspiration for others.
