Cellar Door Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. was founded in September 2012 by two of the founders of Restaurant Week in India (www.RestaurantWeekIndia.com), Nachiket Shetye and Mangal Dalal.
Our mission - All things food - encapsulates our openness to take on eclectic projects. However, we tend to take on projects based on how innovative and challenging the idea is, keeping in mind the long-term potential to build a brand or product.
So far we've developed recipes for a packaged nuts business, started a Private Chef service for a major credit card company, conceptualised and executed a culinary event for a food magazine and organised a panel discussion on "Design & the Culinary World".
