The Future Retail Destinations conference will bring together the leading voices from the retail industry to amplify the role of shopping malls as retail and entertainment destinations, with a focus on experience design and human connections.
This inaugural event will be hosted by CELS Group in collaboration with the Qatar Tourism Authority, bringing together top brand innovators from the retail sector. Capped off with a gala dinner on the second night, the conference with a series of inspiring keynotes, engaging talks and interactive roundtable discussions will promote best practices in placemaking and discuss the future of retail experiences and development in the region, highlighting the need for people to come together to re-engineer customer experiences, keeping emotions at the centre.
To maximise success and capitalise on the new era of post-pandemic retail practices, retailers, real estate owners, destination developers and investors must work together to bridge the transition of shopping malls to become "favourite meeting places."
