CentraPoint Recruitment was founded by Heather and Wayne Randall. Heather spent 6 years in the corporate sector as the Human Resources Manager for an international IT consultancy company. After being retrenched is 2005 Heather opened her own company providing HR consultancy and recruitment services to the market. Due to the success in the recruitment field, Heather chose to join forces with Wayne to open CentraPoint Recruitment to provide recruitment services to the market. Wayne Randall has spent most of his career in sales and marketing within the IT and Telecoms’ market. Working with both local and international businesses he has gained valuable experience within the business environment. As Wayne and Heather both went through the retrenchment process, and experienced the recruitment and job market first hand, they felt more could be done within the market. In forming CentraPoint Recruitment they believe they provide a unique business offering and are passionate about people and providing opportunities.
