The MARée de LUmière center is a training center that will be equipped with cutting-edge technologies and will provide a favorable environment for young girls to learn digital professions. It will be located first in the city of Bouaké, then in other cities in the interior of the country. The choice of these cities is due to the lack of opportunities often faced by the resident population since everything is concentrated in the city of Abidjan.
Our objectives are to :
- Fight against the digital divide, existing between the female and male gender, through quality training.
- To train and sensitize children to the proper use of digital technology,
- To train people from disadvantaged backgrounds to enable them to benefit properly.
We have initiated the Digital O'Féminin Tour which consists in visiting, every 2 months, the remote cities of Côte d'Ivoire, to train, per city, 50 young girls and women to the digital professions.
Several other projects are in preparation and will be launched soon.
