CIPAC, Centre d'Investigació Pedagogica d'Arts del Circ és un projecte que neix amb la finalitat de crear un centre de treball col·lectiu on tinguin cabuda totes les facetes de formació, recerca i creació en circ.
Un espai per a tothom, un lloc on es fomenti l’auto-ocupació i que es reivindiquin els drets de les treballadores i es vetlli per a les bones pràctiques del sector.
Un espai on engegar i constituir un centre cultural al territori del Maresme, que aporti al teixit social, cultural i cooperatiu, afavorint l'accés a esdeveniments i recursos socioeducatius.
