The CEO Perspectives program is for professionals transitioning from executive to enterprise-wide leaders. Designed for executives reporting directly to the CEOs of Fortune 500 and select growth companies, CEO Perspectives expands participants’ capabilities and capacity to drive enterprise success. This greater perspective enables them not only to support the CEO’s agenda, but to advance it with agility and confidence.
About the Program:
- All participants are CEO-nominated to ensure the caliber of the program participants; there is no open enrollment.
- Throughout the program, participants engage in candid conversations with sitting CEOs about the real-world issues, challenges and opportunities facing corporate leaders. These discussions are further enhanced by a comprehensive curriculum, presented by leading academics from the nation’s top business schools, and thought leaders from the business world.
- Each class includes approximately 25-35 participants representing a variety of industries, companies, roles, and demographics, as well as two, non-profit CEOs, who contribute important civic perspectives. The cohort evolves into a valuable resource for professional collaboration, support and feedback.
- CEO Perspectives fosters ongoing networking and alumni engagement through in-person and virtual events and digital resources.
Corporate Leadership Center is the leadership development forum that cultivates dynamic business leaders through its programs – CEO Perspectives and Leading Women Executives.
