( cooking, frying any meat with no oil, cooked vegetables with no water, all foods cooked at low temperature ).
Our goal is to steer people away from the so called lifestyle diseases such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Cancer, Obesity etc, as most of these are Diet related.
Cooking this way also retains 93% of the nutritional value of the foods and half the time of conventional methods. We host free cooking classes from our offices and Virtually through Zoom to illustrate the health benefits of Saladmaster.
