We are CGP MEP, a niche practice of building services consulting Engineers. We were formed in 2014 with a desire to create a reliable, forward thinking director led design practice. Together we have an emphasis to be innovative, creative and always challenge the perceived norm. At the heart of our purpose and most importantly, we provide efficient building services designs for our clients to achieve the best outcome for their projects. With offices in central London, as a member of the Building Society’ - a stones throw away from Goodge Street Tube Station, and in central Leeds, a 5 minute walk from the main line station, we cover the entire UK and overseas with ease. Our services cover all aspects of building services design and energy related detailing, complemented by hand selected senior individuals that drive the success of our business. We also heavily invest in our youth program to nurture and mould talent the CGP way. Our portfolio has a wide range of projects within the residential, mixed use, education, sport, leisure and hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors. Since our inception we have built a fantastic client base that includes developers, main contractors, MEP sub-contractors, Architect’s, project management and cost consultants.
