Chalet Group

Chalet Group, founded in 2009, has been part of the European management platform of Curzon Advisers from London since the end of 2014. Chalet Group - with the help of its partners - intends to grow substantially in the Netherlands through the acquisition of real estate portfolios or loan portfolios with real estate as collateral, in which all real estate investment sectors are eligible. Chalet Group currently manages approximately 55 properties, which together cover more than 350,000 m2. The locations are mostly in and around the four major cities in the Randstad, but the objects are also located in cities such as Almere, Amersfoort, Zwolle, Groningen, Arnhem, Breda, Eindhoven and Maastricht. More well-known locations are the office complex, cinema Kinepolis in Groningen, building "Parktoren" at Station Arnhem Centraal, office complex Il Fiore in Maastricht and TRIBES Eindhoven Airport (Flight Forum 840). Chalet Group provides the integral asset management of the real estate portfolio with a team of fifteen dedicated professionals. This includes the purchase, lease, transformation, redevelopment, repositioning and sale of buildings including related legal, fiscal and technical aspects. In addition, Chalet Group itself provides the complete financial and contract administration including the invoicing to tenants of the real estate portfolio.
